Prior to my first appointment with J Acupuncture, I had circulation problem in my feet and ankles. My ankles were swollen and discolored. Most of the feeling in my toes, balls of my feet and arches was gone and stiffness in my arches occurred when I tried to curl my toes.

Virginia Vazin, our holistic health practitioner, suggested I make an appointment with J Acupuncture. I have had 12 appointments with this clinic since July 2, 2011. In this period, my ankle swelling and color have nearly returned to normal. I can feel my toes when I wiggle them. The balls of my feet and my arches are a great deal better, although some stiffness still remain. But I am sure they will return to normal soon.
