At the beginning, I was hesitant to try acupuncture, primarily because I know nothing about it. However, when both my pain doctor and my surgeon recommended acupuncture for my back problem, I thought I should give it a try. My surgeon said that for someone afflicted with slipped disk, the only way to relieve back pain is through surgery and provided the surgery is successful.

Moreover, for someone with slipped disk. Osteoporosis and advancing age, surgery is not an option. I went to J Acupuncture in Garden Grove, California for treatment and was under the care of my doctor from mid June 2015 to mid-November 2015.

I was relieved of my back pain although not permanently but temporarily. I will be calling my doctor for temporary relief in the future. “Thank you” to my doctor for what you have done to ease my pain. And to other J Acupuncture staffs, “thank you”.
